We found that most Spanish speaking students of English - beginners, intermediate or advanced - perform very well in grammar and written tasks. Nevertheless, they have problems with their "listening" (= understanding oral English when it is spoken by native speakers in their natural accents). Since spoken language is the most important tool of communication, this difficulty makes them feel frustrated and disappointed. Non-native teachers of English can use our CDs to train their students and themselves in the skill of listening.
