How do we operate?

We will agree the price and scope with you before starting any work. We always stick to our quotations and there are no 'hidden charges' to surprise you later.

How do you send us the work?

It depends what you want us to do.

Most documents can be attached to an e-mail. We accept all current Microsoft and compatible formats. If necessary work can be posted to us by snail mail.

For web page work, please contact us by e-mail to discuss your own personal requirements.

How do we return the work to you?

However you want, e-mail or snail mail.

For web page work, we upload it to our own servers so you can view it 'on line'. Once you are happy we will e-mail it to you. (We can upload your pages for you but you'll have to supply us with access to your servers).

How do you pay?

We accept cash payments, company cheques or personal cheques in pounds sterling (£), US dollars (US$) or Euros (€) through the post.

We will, by arrangement, accept Western Union transfer or Travellers Cheques.

Argentine customers may, by prior arrangement, pay by cash or cheque in pesos ($) or US dollars (US$) to our representative in Buenos Aires. Note: this MUST be by prior arrangement and before we quote for your work.

If you prefer to use your credit card, then you may pay using PayPal.

How angry do we get?

No one has successfully bounced a cheque or failed to pay us yet. We prosecute non-payers in Europe and Argentina.
